RETURN POLICY Orders are filled in 4-to-6 weeks and shipped USPS (2-3 day delivery). Please contact me to make other arrangements if you need an item expedited. Additional charges will apply to anything shipped other then USPS and for international orders. All work is guaranteed for one year. If you have an issue with your jewelry item within one year, please contact me so I can fix the problem. Items can be exchanged and refunds can be issued for work returned in its original packaging within 2 weeks from the date you receive your order. |
